3. Working principle of chain cutting machine

After the equipment is started, the power system (hydraulic, electric or fuel) drives the chain transmission device to drive the cutting chain to move at high speed along the guide track.

The cutter head (such as diamond particles) on the cutting chain contacts the surface of the material to be cut, generating strong cutting force during high-speed movement.

Cutting process

The cutter head cuts into the material surface under pressure, destroys the material structure and forms a slit.
