Preparation before operation

If there are any problems, they should be repaired or replaced in time. Mold selection: According to the diameter and bending shape of the steel bar, select a matching bending mold. For example, steel bars with smaller bending diameter can use smaller diameter center axis to ensure the accuracy of bending radius. Rebar placement and positioning: Place the steel bar steadily on the workbench of the bending machine so that one end is aligned with the bending center axis. According to the required bending angle and shape, use the positioning ruler or positioning device on the bending machine to accurately determine the bending position of the steel bar. When placing the steel bar, pay attention to the length direction of the steel bar being perpendicular to the bending direction to avoid bending deviation.

Bending speed control: After starting the bending machine, the bending speed should be reasonably controlled according to the material and diameter of the steel bar. For thinner or softer steel bars, the bending speed can be appropriately accelerated; for thicker or harder steel bars, the bending speed should be slowed down to avoid steel bar breakage or inaccurate bending shape due to excessive bending speed. During the bending process, closely observe the bending of the steel bar and adjust the bending speed at any time.

Bending angle control: During the steel bar bending process, the bending angle should be accurately controlled. The bending angle can be monitored in real time by observing the angle indicator on the bending machine or using an angle measuring tool (such as a protractor). When the required bending angle is reached, the bending machine should be stopped in time to avoid excessive bending. Multi-person collaboration: When bending longer or heavier steel bars, it is often necessary to collaborate with multiple people. The operators should have a clear division of labor and close cooperation. For example, one person is responsible for operating the bending machine to control the bending speed and angle; the other is responsible for supporting the steel bar to ensure that the position of the steel bar is stable during the bending process without shaking or displacement. At the same time, the operators should maintain good communication and timely transmit information to avoid operational errors.

 

Maintenance and maintenance after operation

Equipment cleaning: After the operation is completed, turn off the power of the steel bar bending machine in time, and clean up the debris, iron filings, etc. on the surface of the equipment and the workbench. Use a clean rag or brush to wipe the various parts of the bending machine clean to keep the equipment tidy. For some oil stains and rust that are difficult to clean, special cleaning agents can be used to clean them.

Component inspection and lubrication: Regularly check the various components of the bending machine, such as the center shaft, forming shaft, iron stop shaft, gears, chains, etc., to check whether there is wear, looseness or damage. For severely worn parts, they should be replaced in time; for loose parts, they should be tightened. At the same time, according to the instruction manual of the equipment, lubricate each lubrication point regularly, add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil or grease to reduce friction between parts and extend the service life of the equipment.
